I created CaitBakes for all my baking fun!

Since I currently live in the Mile High City, I'm tasked with the "fun" adventure of baking at high elevation! From my (limited) experience, reducing the liquid (i.e. extracts, milk, etc), and increasing the thickening agent (i.e. flour, baking soda or powder, etc), has been working out for me, so far!

I've been baking for a long time now. It used to be a tradition in my family for my Dad and I to cook a ton of Christmas cookies and deliver them around town before the holidays. My love for baking continued and grew when I watched so much Cake Boss and so much Food Network all through elementary, junior high, and high school. Through my adulthood, I'm still learning so much about baking, but I want to share some of those yummy recipes I come across! Enjoy and be sure to check out @CaitBakesTV!
